Kid's Corner

Living with three grandchildren (two of school age), I decided that our refrigerator just could not hold all those special art projects from school along with those "A" papers. So, I created the "Kid's Corner" in our dining area. It is located in the corner with plenty of room for those special keepsakes. I especially like the artwork. Isabelle and John have also contributed to the collection (the two framed pictures in the lower photo) and hope that they will send more. Lexi also has her spot with hand print pictures made for her at day care. If you look closely, you might see hand prints or footprints from Trinity and Madison from years ago.

It makes me smile whenever I pass this wall. What better gift than a piece of artwork from the grandchildren. And, they also love to see their accomplishments from school on display.
