Wisconsin.....Check this out

America’s 'Nanny State' Laws
The Saggy Pants Law

The state of Tennessee is telling its children to pull their pants up by passing a law preventing students from exposing underwear or body parts in an “indecent manner.” In effect, the law dictates what clothes the state's children should wear and how they should wear them. The fine for violating the law is a $250, or up to 160 hours of community service.

Wisconsin desperately needs this law although I doubt that it would ever get passed. While we lived there, you couldn't go anywhere without seeing this....and, actually....some sights were even worse! We don't see this in Tennessee but something we DO see is groups of people cleaning up the sides of the roads wearing vests that say "Doing Community Service" so they must follow through in handing out that community service time here.

I, for one......thank you Tennessee!
